Shaw's Tavern has become the hub of our chosen musical family out here in Washington, DC and is where we got engaged.

We adore the staff, Rob the manager, and all of the memories and life-long friendships we've made there. There couldn't be a more appropriate place for us to get married.

Well really...we've been together for 6-ish years, it's not THAT sudden. But unfortunately, due to the complete unpredictability with the incoming administration and where our rights will stand, we decided to wait no longer and get married before inauguration. Like right before.

While we love your little ones, we have very limited space and are having a child-free wedding. Please check with Cory or William before you bring anyone who is not on your original invitation.

We know you all want your own memories of the special night. We've hired a photographer to take the official photos of the evening. We will designate a couple of people to take videos during the ceremony.

We kindly ask that during the ceremony, you enjoy the moment and keep your phones away. If you see a phone out, it's likely the people we've asked to take videos.

During dinner and general merriment shenanigans, you are welcome to take all of the photos and videos you want (just remember to share them with us!)
